Kinship with the River Lea 

Around two million people live in the River Lea basin in North London, Essex and Hertfordshire.  Over half a million live within a short walk of the Lea or their tributaries. Our new bioregional programme will orient identities towards this beautiful river network as a living, intelligent being, who we can learn from and collaborate with.  It will catalyse kincentric thinking and seed the possibility of legal rights and personhood.
